We all have that artistic friend and some of us are even lucky enough to have our own artistic skills. Why not put those skills to good use by conjuring up some do it yourself wedding invitations? If you think that DIY wedding invitations might be considered cheesy or cheap, wait until you get the bill for the rest of the wedding costs; Happy “rest of your lives together at the poorhouse”. Enjoy.

A Work Of Art

Giving a work of art as a wedding gift is nothing new. Giving that work of art to the future couple in the form of a wedding invitation may be out of the ordinary but so what? That’s what makes it special. If you are one of the lucky ones with art skills but don’t have the time or patience to devote to the final product, you can always make a rough sketch and exchange ideas with that arty friend . The artsy friend of yours who can then create several end results for your perusal.

What Muse Shall You Use?

Making each and every invitation by hand is absurd. Put our heads together and figure out a way that you can make as many copies as you need, plus a few extras. Always protect the master copy. There are any number of ways (other than your basic copy machine) with which to duplicate on a large scale. If you have the right kind of computer equipment and printer you can even scan the master copy and run the rest off yourself.

Figure out if you’re going to use matching stationary and envelopes and/or if there’s going to be plain paper with the design created by the artist. Make your choice and have it duplicated; saving yourself time by copying.

As an artist, your hands are an important tool. A car or motorcycle accident can interrupt your career—potentially permanently. Once that kind of damage is done even the best motorcycle accident lawyer in history can’t give you your hands back.

Common Motorcycle Accident Injuries

Since many motorcyclists land on their heads, traumatic brain and neck injuries occur most often. Without a helmet your chances are slim. Even with a helmet the base of your brain stem can be injured resulting in any number of permanent afflictions. A broken neck, if you survive, will most likely cost you your artistic career (though there are artists who have learned to paint with a brush in their mouth or by using computers). Not the kind of future you probably pictured, is it?

Bent But Not Broken

If you are fortunate enough not to receive a head or neck injury your hands can still be severely damaged. By wearing leather, protective, padded motorcycle gloves you can at least save yourself from severe road rash. Breaks will probably heal should you injure a finger or some bone in the hand itself.

With 8 carpal bones, five metacarpals, and 14 bones in your fingers (for a total of 27 bones in one hand); there are certainly no shortage of bones to break.

There’s a loaded question if ever I heard one. What kind of art are we talking about here; paintings, sculptures, prints, photography? Who is the artist? Are they famous? Might they be famous some day? And what about if you’re the artist? How much should it cost to create your art? Do you need to buy a studio? How much equipment will you need and how often will you need to replace it? So many questions, so few funds.

If You Happen To Be The Artist

Provided you already have the space in which to craft your creations and are not in the market for a brand new studio location, some artists find that they are able to get away with quick, small, unsecured personal loans. These types of loans, though high interest (and for good reason), are basically a personal promise from you that you’re going to pay the money back. You need supplies, supplies cost money; they have money, they give you the money; you promise to pay it back without putting up any collateral or lien on anything you already own; you pay back the money. Ideally that’s how it goes. The same could be said for purchasing a piece of art. A small quick loan may be the way to go if you find yourself a little short on funds but can’t live without that fabulous work of art. People with bad credit frequently seek out these types of loans as well. It can be their only option.

Buying And Making Art

Now if we’re talking about purchasing some type of masterpiece or creating your own studio from the ground up, you’re more likely to be looking at installment loans. These types of loans are usually for a greater amount of money than are the quick, unsecured personal loans. Interest rates vary depending on the economy and you may have to shop around, depending on your credit score. Expect to make scheduled payments for as long as it takes to pay off the loan. The beauty of these loans is that they can be as short as a few months but extend to several decades. Figure out what will give you ample time to pay off the loan you may need in order to become an art appreciator or a (hopefully) famous artist.
The latter loans are said to be preferable over fast cash, payday loans or credit cards because of their safety and affordability.

Whether you’re a Christian, or maybe if you’re not, you’ve probably seen many depictions of the resurrection; some even considered classics.

Wikipedia To The Rescue

After Googling nothing other than the word Easter, you can be directed to Wikipedia’s page that describes Easter utilizing any number of categories. What you can’t possibly miss about this is the depiction of the resurrection picturing Jesus and Mary Magdalene. This picture dates back to 1543 and was done by none other than the artist Correggio.

Google Classical Depictions Of The Resurrection/Images

Now we’re talking! After literally 12 pages of images relating to classical depictions of Jesus’ resurrection I declined clicking the button that said “show more results”. I had seen enough. For the highly religious, and possibly strong supporters of the art world, getting your hands on one or more of these masterpieces as gifts for Easter could not only be tricky but would undoubtedly be well appreciated and piously displayed.
A list of artists who have not depicted the resurrection in some form of art would probably be shorter than a list of those who have. Just in Dallas in fact, there is a museum full of nothing but famous paintings of Biblical art. That’s a lot of Biblical art.

Do you want to share your prospective and thoughts with the world? If so, than art is definitely the field for you. As an artist, you have the opportunity to visually affect people. And, in many instances, visual creations can have long term on individuals. One of the best mediums for art is in t-shirt design. With t-shirt design, the opportunities are endless, and your creativity can blossom.

Design Clothes With Messages

One reason many artists enjoy t-shirt design is because it allows them to design fashion that has meaning. Too often, you see stripes on a shirt and little thought was put into the development – besides maybe the color scheme. However, artists can use their talents to make cool t-shirts that people want to wear. Through these clothing items, a message will be promoted to all who walk by!

Use Your Creativity

If you are an artist, t-shirt design will allow you to make money and use your creativity at the same time. Too often, “the struggling artist” becomes reality. However, the demand for t-shirts is high. And one that is exciting will be even more attractive to today’s consumer.

Start today. There are endless ways to promote your design with t-shirts. Let your friends wear your designs and promote from there. This will allow you to develop a fan base. In no time, you might be surprised where you can find your creations.

Probably the most artistic part of Easter is coloring some of the most fanciful eggs ever to be seen. But it doesn’t have to be limited to that. Your indoor Easter decor can be anything from fun and fanciful to Martha Stewart-esque.

Bunnies And Tulips And Peep’s Oh My.

If you have children you will most likely be looking at the cute and fun decorating ideas. Static clings of chicks, colorful eggs and bunnies can fill your windows and be seen from both inside and out. Wicker baskets with Easter grass (which you’ll be finding till next December) candy and more can decorate your dining table as a centerpiece, the coffee table or window wells and counter tops. Of course if you’re going to put them in windows you might want to cut back on the perishables and melting chocolate.

Tasteful, Artistic And Refined

Easter is a sure sign of spring; and what would spring be without flowers? Baskets, flowerpots and decorative vases full of tulips and other spring like flowers can add a touch of class and tastefully remind everyone of the renewal that spring represents. A spring wreath with pastel ribbons woven in here and there with a couple of hand painted, decorative Easter eggs in an understated basket is far more Martha Stewart than it is childish.
Either way you go, whimsy or classic, there’s no end to what you can do in the way of Easter designs.

Selling fine art can be a very lucrative business or very stressful business depending on how it is managed. One of the most important aspects of owning an art business is the ability to process payments in a convenient manner. Consider all the payment options available to the particular situation before making the final choice on a payment processing solution.

Payment Options

The payment options for selling fine art will usually depend on the business model for the venture. Working independently to sell fine art out in the field opposed to working in an office will present different limitations in various situations. Setting up a merchant account that offers mobile payment processing may be the best option for freelancers and independent entrepreneurs.

Making the Choice

Setting up a merchant account with a payment processing company will create more options for selling fine art from inside a store or from the customers dwelling. The ability to accept credit card payments on site is essential to running a profitable and growing business. Providing secure payment transactions for the business and customers is also essential to being successful.

Selling fine art can be very easy for those that can find the best payment options to cater to the business. There are payment-processing companies that offer many options to help art sellers succeed their competitive market.

There are people whose specialty is cleaning and caring for these valuable pieces. With Lancer skincare, you can practice your own nourishment, cleansing and revitalization of your own skin as if it were one of the priceless classics.

Even Problem Areas Are No Problem

Acne—the very word sends chills up most people’s spines. Lancer skin care has actually come out with an effective treatment for acne; allowing you the opportunity to get your skin back to where it needs to be. This acne kit is a three step method and is of adult strength, but still applicable for teens needing powerful acne treatment and results.

Special Treatment For Special Skin

You can’t use something invasive or complicated to care for your skin. In the first place it’s not good for your skin and in the second place, who’s going to bother if it’s a complicated process that takes too much time and effort? The Lancer skincare method is easy but thorough enough that it’s suitable for everyone.
Three steps to making your skin a work of art. Nothing could be simpler.

Some folks don’t realize all the wonderful things that their iPhone can do. The iPhone can provide a world of unknown to a person. Whether your an artist, writer, or into videos, an unlock iPhone will create a new world of tools at your disposal.

Unlocking your Cell Phone

Getting your cell phone is not that hard to do. Your best bet is to find a certified iPhone technician that can not only unlock your cell phone, but show you some cool new moves to do with your phone. Getting to learn how to navigate your phone can be slightly tricky in the beginning. However, with sites like wiki at your disposal, you can learn about the world of unlocked iPhones.

Apps for Creative People

Of course, you are going to find these types of apps. If you have the time, going online and doing some research about each of the apps is a good idea. You can read reviews about what other people have done, and which apps worked better for them. Then you can make the choice of which apps will be best suited for your creative needs.

Enjoy your unlocked iPhone, you are going to have a great time.

Do you like fine art, but find that you aren’t in an area where you can see a lot of it first hand? If so, you’re not alone. Fortunately, you can rent find art textbooks and take a look at some of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Sure, it’s not the same as seeing them in person – but it’s much better than not seeing them at all.

Fine Art Textbooks Are in Good Supply

Don’t worry about not being able to find what you’re looking for when it comes to fine art textbooks. There are plenty of options, and you don’t have to buy them to enjoy them. Instead, you can simply rent the textbooks so you can take a look at the great art and then return the book when you’re done.
